By submitting a sample to КВАНТ СИНТЕЗ LLC (“КВАНТ СИНТЕЗ,” “we,” “us”) or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Our services

КВАНТ СИНТЕЗ provides independent instrumented testing of submitted research compound samples and issues a certificate of analysis for each tested batch, identified by a unique test ID. We also provide a public certificate-verification tool so a certificate's contents can be confirmed by anyone holding its test ID and password.

3. Submitting a sample

• You are responsible for ensuring the sample you submit, and the purpose for which it is tested, complies with all applicable law.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide about the sample.
• Samples are submitted at your own risk in transit; we are not responsible for loss or damage occurring before a sample reaches our facility.

4. Results and certificates

• A certificate reflects the sample as received and tested. We make no representation about any sample beyond the specific one we tested, including other units from the same batch that were not submitted to us.
• Each certificate is tied to a unique test ID and password. You are responsible for keeping the password confidential if you do not want the certificate to be freely verifiable by others.
• Certificates are issued once per test and are not amended after issuance. A retest produces a new certificate with a new test ID.

5. Certificate verification tool

The verification page confirms that a certificate matching a given test ID and password exists in our records and displays the recorded result. It does not constitute an endorsement of the compound's legality, safety, or fitness for any purpose in any jurisdiction.

6. Pricing and payment

7. Intellectual property
